At Good Shizz, we stand by our gear—and we want you to love it, too! That’s why we offer a 30-Day, No-Questions-Asked Guarantee. If something’s not vibing with you, we’ll make it right. No stress, no drama, just Good Shizz.


1. Our 30-Day Guarantee

  • You have 30 days from the delivery date to request a return or refund.
  • No need to explain—if you’re not happy, we got you.
  • We’ll either replace the item or refund your money—your choice.

2. What Can Be Returned?

✔️ Unworn, unwashed items in their original condition
✔️ Orders that arrived damaged, misprinted, or incorrect
✔️ Items that just didn’t meet your expectations (hey, we get it!)

🚫 What Can’t Be Returned?

  • Used, washed, or obviously worn items (keep it fresh, folks)
  • Sale items or custom designs
  • Returns after 30 days (but hit us up anyway—we’ll try to help!)

3. How to Start a Return 🔄

1️⃣ Email us at dudes@goodshizz.com with your order number and what’s up.
2️⃣ We’ll send you return instructions (and a shipping label if needed).
3️⃣ Ship it back, and once we get it, we’ll process your refund or replacement.

💰 Refunds: Once your return is approved, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method. (It may take a few days to show up—blame the banks, not us.)

📦 Exchanges: Want a different size or design? No problem! Let us know, and we’ll swap it out.


4. Damaged or Defective Items?

If your order arrives damaged or misprinted, email us a pic, and we’ll send you a new one ASAP—on the house.
