At Good Shizz, we keep things simple: You order and Gelato (our trusted print-on-demand partner) ships your fresh new threads straight to your door. No middlemen, no hassle—just Good Shizz on the way to you.


1. Order Processing & Fulfillment

  • Since we use print-on-demand, your order is custom-made just for you. That means no warehouses full of pre-printed stock—your gear is fresh off the press!
  • Orders typically take 2-7 business days to be printed and prepped for shipping. (We promise it’s worth the wait.)

2. Shipping Times & Costs

🌍 We ship worldwide! Delivery times depend on your location and the shipping method you choose at checkout. Here’s a general idea:

  • USA: 3-8 business days
  • Canada: 5-10 business days
  • Europe: 4-10 business days
  • Australia & NZ: 5-12 business days
  • Rest of the World: 7-20 business days

3. Tracking Your Order

  • Once your order ships, you’ll get a tracking link so you can follow its journey from print to package to your doorstep.
  • Tracking may take a few days to update, especially for international orders—so don’t panic if it’s not moving right away.

4. Customs, Duties & Import Taxes

  • If you’re outside the U.S., your country might charge customs fees or import taxes. We have no control over these (we wish we did), so please check your local regulations before ordering.
  • Any extra charges are the customer’s responsibility, but if you run into an issue, reach out and we’ll help however we can!

5. Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

  • Once your order is handed off to the shipping carrier, it’s out of our hands—literally. We can’t be responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages.
  • If your package seems lost in transit, contact us at dudes@goodshizz.com, and we’ll do our best to track it down!

6. Returns & Exchanges

  • Since all our products are printed on demand, we can’t accept returns for size exchanges or buyer’s remorse.
  • However, if your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or not quite right, email us within 30 days and we’ll make it right!
